This Cancellation & Refund Policy describes the procedures that Madhubhan Resort Spaa follows when handling cancellations, modifications, and refunds related to room bookings, spa services, events, or any other services booked via our website https://madhubhanresortspaa.in, phone, email, or other official channels.
By booking a stay with us, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.
1. Room Booking Cancellation
Guests can contact us by phone or email to cancel or change their booking.
Cancellation fees, if any, depend on:
- Nature of the booking
- Period/season
- Whether the booking is at a discounted or a promotional rate
Canceling a standard room will result in a different fee than canceling a luxury room, for example.
The cost of the remaining room(s) will be more different for other days of the week or holidays, so the cancellation charge will also be different.
Apart from the inherently different prices of the room, the promotional or discounted rates that may be used to attract more customers will also result in different cancellation costs.
Free cancellation, if any, will be indicated to you at the time of booking.
2. Late Cancellation & No-Show
If cancellations are done after the period provided for free cancellations, there may be cancellation charges.
If a guest does not show up at the hotel and also does not inform the hotel, the hotel is entitled to charge the full or part of the booking amount.
There will be no refund granted for accommodating guests who checked out earlier than planned or for the nights when the room was not occupied.
3. Refund Policy
Any refund that is due to the customer will be made only after deducting any applicable cancellation fee and service charges.
If a refund is made, the funds will be returned in the same way the original payment was made.
The turnaround time for refund processing may range between 7 and 14 working days, depending on the payment gateway or bank.
4. Advance Payments
Unless specified during booking, any advance payment or deposit made to a room booking, spa service, or event may not be refundable.
Some offers and promotions are provided on a non-cancellable and non-refundable basis.
5. Event, Banquet & Group Bookings
Wedding, conference, banquet, and group booking cancellations will be handled as per the terms agreed upon at the time of booking confirmation.
Depending on the timing of cancellation, advance payments may be partially or fully non-refundable.
6. Force Majeure
Madhubhan Resort Spaa shall not be liable for cancellations or service disruptions due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural calamities
- Governmental limitations
- Industrial actions, infectious diseases, or emergency situations
In such cases, decisions regarding refunds or rescheduling will be taken solely by the management.
7. Modification of Bookings
Change of dates or modifications will be permitted only subject to availability and revised rates.
Guests must pay any difference in tariff resulting from such changes.
8. Right to Amend Policy
Madhubhan Resort Spaa reserves the right to amend this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon publication on the website.
