The website doesn’t belong to anyone else but Madhubhan Resort Spaa, and it is the one that runs it. The material on this site is solely intended for general knowledge and reservation objectives. We might make changes, remove or add contents without giving notice to you.

2. Booking & Reservations

Booking for a room, spa services, or event, are all subjected to a confirmation of availability.

Once the payment (complete or partial) is received, an email or phone confirmation for the booking will be sent.

At the time of booking, clients are required to provide true personal data and contact details.

3. Check-in & Check-out Policy

Check-in Time: According to hotel policy (the availability determines the subject)

Check-out Time: As per hotel policy

Early check-in / late check-out might be permitted by the hotel and there could be extra costs.

4. Payments

The price information provided here at the website is not binding and may be changed without notice.

Payments may be processed through authorized online transfer portals or any other means specified by the hotel.

In the event of a technical problem caused by third-party service providers, Madhubhan Resort Spaa shall have no responsibility.

5. Cancellation & No-Show

You can cancel your booking or get a refund if you wish but the terms shall vary by booking type, season or promotional offer.

The hotel can charge any fees applicable if the guests do not show up for their booking.

Guests are advised to review the cancellation policy provided during booking.

6. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave appropriately and treat hotel property, staff, and other guests with respect.

Any damage to hotel property by the guests will be charged to them.

Illegal activities, loud disturbances, or misuse of facilities may result in eviction without refund.

7. Spa & Wellness Services

Spa services are offered only to eligible guests as per hotel guidelines.

Guests should inform therapists about any health conditions before treatments.

The hotel is not liable for health issues arising from non-disclosure.

8. Use of Facilities

Facilities such as the pool, spa, gym, and other areas must be used in accordance with hotel rules.

The hotel may temporarily close facilities for maintenance or safety reasons.

9. Intellectual Property

All content including text, images, logos, and designs belong to Madhubhan Resort Spaa. Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability
